The installation crew at Rocket Air and Heat was phenomenal, professional, pleasant, and extremely detailed. They are true specialists, and it is clear why they also handle maintenance and service calls. A quality installation is just as important, if not more so, than the equipment itself, and Rocket delivered flawlessly.

The buying experience was equally impressive. The business owner personally came out, asked thoughtful questions, repeated what he heard me say, and truly listened. I felt heard and guided throughout the process. He did not overwhelm me with options or estimates but shared two clear recommendations based on his expertise, explaining why each was the best fit for my home and our preferences. There are no gimmicks, no promotions, no advertising, just honest guidance and a very fair, competitive price.

Several weeks back my AC failed so I gave the Rocket Air & Heat team a call. They replaced two aged/failing air conditioners. From start to finish they were professional, timely, didn’t rush their work, and took the time to clean up the worksite; bottom line… they were the very best! Dave (owner) and his team (Will, Ray, Chachi, and Donald) were awesome, I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a reputable “do what they promise” team! Reading this review, you may be tempted to think I am a family member or friend based on the praise, that just isn’t so, my first experience with Rocket was just a month ago!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Rocket Air. When our air purifier stopped working, the owner personally came out to assess our HVAC system. He took the time to clearly explain how everything worked and offered thoughtful recommendations on how to improve it. This was the second time I have used this company for seasonal maintenance. They are a consistently a professional company that cares about its customers. Rocket Air arrived as scheduled and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact he was not trying to sell me upgrades to my A/C system like the 2 previous companies I had used. I also like the fact that they are a small local business and not a large corporate company that sacrifices customer service for greed. They don’t make a commission on each appointment they are paid by the hour. I highly recommend them, it was a stress free experience.

Great communication and prompt service.

Provided thorough inspection and proper diagnostics, the first time! Had another service company out who missed diagnosed the issue. Will the service tech identified the issue and found the coil leak.

Due to winter storm the replacement part was delayed Rocket aired provided updates and the owner called twice to give me an update on shipment.

Would highly recommend Rocket air.

Always do great work at a fair price. This time I needed a total repiping of my Heat Pump. Explained options and determined the best solution. Cost was lower and more cosmetic.

Phenomenal service from this company. I had a new A/C unit installed by them at a rental property of mine. Everything went smooth from the estimate to the completion of the project. I had received 3 estimates. Rocket was by far the most thorough when looking over the existing equipment and the best price for a new unit install.

I have since used this company to look at an issue with the A/C at my own property - quick to respond and repair. Very fair service charge. I will be using this company from now on.

Dave and Ray redid our air handler closet inside out. Our air handler platform was slowly sinking due to previous builder’s poor craftsmanship and cheap materials. They worked hard in the hot garage the whole day and will do right by you. We are so happy how everything turned out. They upgraded the platform, installed a new filter drawer and switched out the old stuff. A fabulous job!!! Thank you sooooo much Dave and Ray!!! We are super grateful for what you’ve done for us!!!

(The builder of our house did a terrible job on the platform. The board started to degrade and sank our air handler unit resulted water back flow and water leaks.)

This company is awesome! They came and diagnosed within a few hours, equipment arrived on time and was installed immediately. Techs left everything clean. I’d received a quick estimate that was honored, paid online with CC, all while at summer home in Maine. When I called to thank them for the service no one was able to pick up and I didn’t leave a message. Within minutes, noticing the missed call, the owner responded! This is how I ran my business for 40 years but it is so rare today to get this kind of customer service.

We had another vendor, SERVICE STAR, come out and all the guy did was try and sell me a $12,000 airconditioner that he could install tomorrow. The guys did a great job. Will was the team lead and the three guys worked well together. I had them rebuild the air intake box and they redid it using plywood instead of the drywall that had been there for 40 years. The drywall was deteriorating and this plywood should fair better. Purchased a mini-split from Rocket Air July 2023 which did a fantastic job cooling my 3-car garage which I use as a workshop. The installation was excellent, and the team was polite and respectful and competent. In April of 2024 the unit continued blowing cool air but seemed a little "off". Rocket Air came the next business day and spent about 2.5 hours cleaning, testing, and making sure the system was operating at 100%. Will Wilson did a great job. At the end of the service call, Will showed me diagrams and test results which were forwarded to my e-mail. I was pleasantly surprised when the work was done without any charge, because this company has integrity, pride in their work, and they stand behind their work. Great job!

Ok! After seeing (69) perfect reviews for Rocket Air and Heat, I just knew that they could not be that good and I would be their first honest (less than perfect) review. Boy was I wrong!

They were perfect in every way: on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, reasonably priced, and honest! They arrived on time (8am) and finished by 2pm; after having replaced my inside and outside units, rewired the entire system, and removed and replaced the clogged drainage lines. FIVE STARS WAS NOT ENOUGH.

Dave came out as I had asked and he is some hard worker. My AC I guess got clogged and malfunctioned….. something went wrong with one of the new little parts that wasn’t supposed to happen at all, so Dave put the new part, didn’t charge even pull the weeds around the AC unit outside which he didn’t have to ( but was so kind) also I didn’t have any other AC filters but the bent one left and couldn’t drive up to the place where they were… so he was such a gentleman and drove up to the place for me and picked up the box of AC filter. Then I wrote a check, but he went out of his way for the drive… he didn’t ask for the extra money for gas and by the way… all i had left was a big $3.00 dollars…. There are some service companies that get the job done, and then there are those that get the job done right like Rocket Air & Heat. Due to some faulty initial construction on our home about eight years ago, our copper A/C line had corroded and the whole line needed to be replaced. Our particular model home created some serious challenges to get the new line installed, so Dave and his team took the time to study our blueprints and crawl through every section of our home in order to present us with some options, and then they directed us towards the best overall solution - one that other companies had not even considered. Even though that solution was definitely not the easiest for them, it was the best option for our home in the long-term. They were on time, they worked straight from 8am to 6pm with barely any breaks, they cleaned up everything when they were done, their pricing was very fair, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! Called Rocket A&H about our evaporator coil freezing up, So, they promptly dispatched one of their technicians by the name of Will., Upon his arrival he immediately got to work trouble shooting the issue, and found a leak in the evaporator coil.
He explained that due to the location of the leak it could not be repaired, and needed to be replaced., He went on to say, that fortunately for us the part was still covered under the Manufacturers Warranty. So, he immediately got on the phone to secure the part, and scheduled the replacement. All of which was done in a timely and proficient manner.

Great service - came out at 5 p.m. on July 4th weekend. Was able to quickly obtain and install a new unit. Checked various little items to make sure all was great.

Today January 3 2025,
Will from Rocket air replaced the fan motor in the AC unit.
Dave told me he would be here between 11:00-12:00 and he was here right on time.
The replacement motor was in stock. He replaced it in a timely manner and checked thermostat and vent function.
I'm extremely pleased with Rocket Air, Dave and his crew.
Very customer oriented and professional.
I highly recommend them.

They notified me when they were on their way, were on time, got right to work, kept me advised of what they found, and charged a very fair price. Great work again by Rocket A/C! I blew a capacitor one evening in August and lost A/C. Rocket was there the next day, fixed it quick and gave the system a check. Thanks guys!

Dave from Rocket Air and Heat came today to do my annual cleaning and checking on my one year old new a/c system and air handler. I purchased my new system from Dave and once again, I am very pleased!!! He was running a little early so he asked if coming early was good for me. He’s so thorough, so honest, reasonable, and excellent at what he does. This service went smoothly and again I’m repeating myself, however, he’s my air and heat guy/company forever!!! I had called Dave because our 15yr old system wasn’t cooling anymore. He put some Freon in the system to hold us over a few days before the appointment to install a new unit. Dave and crew were extremely professional during the install. And even after the install, Dave has been very helpful in diagnosing other issues (unrelated to his install) and helping me fix those.

If you’re looking for a good, honest A/C company, stop looking, Dave’s your guy!
